I kind of came to the same conclusion… Maybe I will just wait a week or so and keep updating and trying again and see if it gets patched somehow as I’m not really sure how to fix it myself and since game still ‘work’ without it. Thank you so much for helping me look into this issue.

Same thing games do not launch

I have tried --expose-wayland. I have tried normal gamescope and u roled back to an old version. I also tried gamescope-git (I think it’s called). I will retry the expose Wayland again today though with other versions as I did not do that.

The biggest reason why I wish to keep using gamescope at the moment is because I have an external capture card I use. My main monitor is 1440P I wish to render in 1440P but the capture card when I set to replicate my main (and only monitor besides capture card) it for some reason forces all games to render in 4k and if I try to change it it just breaks and is no longer full screen and notifications (steam and such) pop up in the middle of the screen. If there is another way to do this would love to know gamescope is just how I ‘solved’ it myself.

Yes it launches with no commands. but it does not with just

gamescope -f -W 2560 -H 1440 -r 144 -- %command%

Looking at the logs thought I see two errors even though it ran.

Most importantly Your split looks fine if it works for you.

But I would definitely change that pull day. IMO you don’t have a single ‘compound’ that focuses your back. Pullovers are great I use them as a warm up. I would move the lateral raises from pull to push (or legs I do them on my leg day) and replace them with rear delts as most people sleep on them and don’t do them (i like either what I call X’s or rope pulls) and personally would remove the hyper extensions and do a row or pull down instead I alternate pulldowns and rows between my 2 pull days a week to focus more

I’m no scientist but I have lost ~100 lbs of fat. But even if eating carbs puts a ‘pause’ on weight lose if you continue to eat in a deficit you will lose weight. Not saying your wrong but if I didn’t know anything or was confused and I read your TLDR I would understand that as ‘carbs = bad’ that I do disagree with

Yes it is. I’m not sure what I expected but I was suprised how well it held up. Also very glad that more or less it let me play however I wanted and get all achievements in one playthrough. According to the guide for second game its more of the same.

Yea I would test a large file and as soon as it buffers put a limit on quittorrent or something that could be reading and writing lots of data from those drives and see if that fixes the issue. I wish there was a better way.

Its a qbittorrent setting. you can set upload and download limits to turn on at specific times or when you want to by clicking the little speed dial.

So if you are not utilizing those harddrives for other uses such as torrents thn disregard.

I believe I have a very similar issue as you. It only occurs on remux/high bitrate 4k videos. Happens no matter the player etc. I currently fix this issue by putting on that limit qbit upload speed and everything plays fine then.
