This isn’t a problem at all. The problem is that builders are still giving 4.5% interest rates and incentives to build new. Existing homes on the market can’t compete.

I built in a brand new community a few years ago. The community is full of homes needing to sell, including mine, but we can’t. The new builds are being sold left and right due to those incentives. My home was on the market since November. I only had 4 showings in that time. I took almost 60k off my original asking price, which was already well under my purchase price. I’ve had to make a deal with the mortgage company just to get out of the property. Properties foreclosing all of the area while new ones are built constantly. This is in Texas.

Please don’t do this unless you really think there is abuse or the baby/child is being harmed. The case load for the understaffed departments is insane and a waste of their time and resources.

When it is one side of the aisle consistently spewing the same lies, it IS a divide that should be called out.

It’s hard to imagine how much rain occurs in the thunderstorms that hit this area, and frankly, most of tornado ally. It’s heavy on an average storm, but the real flash floods like this are insane. The ground is incapable of absorbing the rain levels, and floods happen in minutes.

If you want an ice maker do NOT get an in door model. Those will freeze up and break non-stop. Get a top fridge/bottom freezer with ice maker in the freezer. There is less of a thaw freeze cycle in the integrated cube maker vs the in door version. That’s what breaks in door ice makers.

I’ve had so many dogs fostering/owning and none of them have ever had issues with fireworks or thunderstorms. I feel for the owners who do, I just don’t know what it’s like.

My understanding was that the xbox rog will actually play native Xbox installs. At least that’s what I think the new “Xbox os” is capable of that will be on it, and eventually other devices.

I totally get what you’re saying, but using steam numbers to judge how active an Xbox game is not fair. Steam isn’t the native player base. It’s far more active on console and still draws solid numbers.
I do agree with the grind being a bit much on the latest, though.

I love my local bar arcade. Flat fee at the door, unlimited play on hundreds of arcade/pinball/midway games. They also have great ciders on tap.

Forza is bread and butter for Microsoft, just like Halo and Gears. They really are shooting themselves in the foot with this. Forza originally got me on Xbox, and to be honest, it is a huge reason I am still on it as my main console.
