I tend to eyeball the amounts… but I use dark soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, and sometimes some Sriracha. And I leave them in anywhere from 30 mins to overnight.

Not what you want to hear but I kind of winged it. Basically a slightly thick muffin batter. The key is the waffle stick baking pans.

Nevermind that I had also been up until 1am having a complete crying breakdown because the printer wouldn’t work for whatever assignments. And had only gotten home at 8pm due to extracurriculars running so late.

Would you recommend either of those books?3·1 month agoLast: Undivided, by Neal Shusterman This is the 4th/last in his series that begins with Unwind. I really enjoyed the whole series and recommend for anyone who enjoys dystopian themes and doesn’t mind a touch of body horror.
Current: Mort, by Terry Pratchett. I’d read a bunch of the Rincewind Discworld novels ages ago and this is my jumping back in point for that universe. Would recommend to those who like silly fantasy and British humor.
Gus Gus was the name of the chubby mouse in the disney cartoon Cinderella.
