my only concern is this “mature” politician is phrasing can be easily misinterpreted by his immature behavior as an okay or passable offense in this modern age. 100% agree that like minded people always have a hardon for each others parties.

In this order; Sauce pan or pot with oil (olive for more flavor) Onion first (get it to your preference; light and translucent or darker for for more flavor) Depending on the onions variations, you can add any veggie(s) of your preference, i tend to do potatoes, tomatoes, bell peppers and peppers (dried or not) At this point it’s like a stir fry of just your veggies! Add water per recommendation and sizing to your needs and add those cubes of curry!! Serve with white rice or any bread (probably something not too dry)
