I’ve finally decided to pick this back up.
I did manage to lose the weight at first, which is great, but I want to go even further down! I think I can do it. I’m excited.
Today, I succeeded. It’s very hard to resist stuffing myself constantly, but hey, I can fight it.
Took a long walk today and it was lovely.

Ate a mackerel sandwich today, too. I love fish.
keep it up! i started exercising and calorie counting the end of last year and am down 20 lbs (9 kg). it’s very rewarding once you get past the first week or so
