In case anyone needs to hear this — when blood and mucus start coming out your butt, you need to go to the gastroenterologist. Pretty sure “AI-based cell models” are a different sort of AI than LLMs, but I’m out of my depth. I have no issue with using AI to accelerate drug development.

I’ve never heard this opinion before. My feeling is that it’s sloppy not to (selectively) annotate your code with TODO comments linking to the issue tracker. Code doesn’t live in a vacuum; there’s context that is sometimes infeasible to provide without linking out.

Maybe 15 years ago, I had a JavaScript snippet that constructed my email address and inserted it onto a page. I bet that’s useless nowadays because the bots run Chrome headless or something.
