How can I drink the correct amount of water? It seems I either drink too much water (more common for me) or too little water.

2·1 个月前Can vitamin K really cause liver damage? If I remember correctly, even extremely high doses (45 mg) of vitamin K2 were safe and well tolerated.
Some supplements are proven to be effective and having all information in one database would be useful but who is going to create the database?
If only there was a very cheap well tested vaccine with more than 100 years of use and that could even be administered orally…
