Yes I have been using Proton - I have tried Hotfix, Experimental and the default one. Haven’t heard of Ge-Before is that something separate?

Thats fair - I am using mint but have everything updated so could just be SOL.
I have been having crashes consistently on Linux that I don’t get on windows, personally. But seems more like a me issue as most people say it runs great.

10·1 month agoI have setup dual boot for a few months now mostly using Linux for gaming. It MOSTLY works it’s so close to be indistinguishable from the windows experience but I have found having to tinker more than I would like.

2·1 year agoThis doesn’t really seem like a game issue though. If you want an easy game Rimworld provides every possible way to customize your start and game to make it easier. If you find your current game too difficult start a new one that is easier.
Yes starting tribal nukes your research speed. So don’t start as tribal or change your research rate. This can also be done via the ideology you have.
That’s what is great about Rimworld is how customizable it is.
