Yeah? I’ll buy it when it’s on sale for $35 and they’ll profit, so it’s all good. Patience is a virtue and all that.

Love my Deck and think the handheld PC format is awesome… but Nintendo has nothing to worry about. Switch 2 is going to far outsell these devices. It’s much more appealing to mainstream audiences, it’ll be heavily marketed, and it has Mario, Zelda, and Pokemon.
I don’t even have a console unless they plan on releasing it on Switch 2… so yeah, it’s gonna be a longer wait and I’m okay with that.
Right? I’ve already put more time into R.E.P.O. than most AAA games I’ve purchased in the last decade. It was $10 and is still in early access with more content coming.
The only situation where I’ll be forced into $80 is with Nintendo games I really, really want. I’ll be very discerning there though, probably only buying 2-3 a year on Switch 2. Cream of the crop. Pretty much every other publisher will drop their game prices significantly within a year. Then of course there’s also FitGirl…
What if the life saving cancer treatment gives the patient autism?!
I was hoping Cross was the start of turning it into a larger series… and I will defend that game to the end of my days because it’s really very good. Living up to Chrono Trigger is obviously a tall order, but I’m overall really happy with Cross and would like to see more games.
Yeah, if they want to get crazy with creative changes then… hey, make a new Chrono game?
HD-2D would be great. Polygonal remake done with care could work. I don’t like the idea of completely changing the gameplay, design, and key plot points one bit though.
I’m hoping that at least Nintendo will release their full games on the card. The truth is I’m probably not buying many third party games on Switch that aren’t exclusives.
I’m okay with these particular restrictions and my tax dollars not contributing to the obesity and diabetes epidemic. I don’t think that affects my status as a progressive any either.
Gonna have to agree to disagree on this one, and that’s okay. One thing I really like about Lemmy is how we’re able to have this disagreement without childish downvotes and insults. Refreshing.
Food assistance programs aren’t about helping people find joy in harmful behaviors. Again, there’s a reason why we don’t let people buy alcohol with this assistance and candy and soda is just as nutritionally empty.
I honestly don’t see how this is much different than Michelle Obama trying to get junk food out of schools. Nobody here seems to want to cut benefits from people in need but some of us don’t see an issue with some restrictions. Candy and soda is poison. We have never let people buy alcohol with food stamps either.
Hell yeah. Legalize it and my job will become a lot easier.
Dang, I called one an autistic dork and only got 3 days. Nothing against autistic people. I’m something of an autistic myself. I just knew it would trigger him. Then I mocked him in the unban request too for being a “thin-skinned bitch.”
I’ve also said “I fully endorse Luigi and his slaughter of CEOs.”
Why is it so hard for me to get my permaban?
Jury Nullification, baby. Yeah, he did it. And it should happen more often.
I too remember his disastrous first term. I remembered it when I voted though.
Death is retirement. Suicide when I can no longer work. They don’t leave all of these guns and fentanyl around for nothing.
Yeah, it’s extremely rare when I read “Trump administration…” followed by an action I agree with. Broken clock and such.
Used to be thrilled with the situation keeping game prices down since I have never personally spent a cent on horse armor. Guess that only worked for so long sadly.
