11·6 days agoNot ideal, but I think Discord is offering E2EE for voice and video chat now.

1·7 days agoFirst wave husks: Blue Gate with a major map condition. There’s a route you also do during one of the quests, I think it’s called Rift, where you find tons of them
Harvest plants: Galleria on Buried City with a major map condition and just harvest all the Mulleins there
Destroy ticks: Stella Montis with a major map condition. Go to the seed vault and kill all the ticks there

2·14 days agoYou are aware that you see beforehand whether the game requires a separate account (at least on Steam)? Also, how else would you enable crossplay/crosssave?
And you don’t even need to use separate credentials. You can log in with Steam just fine.

42·14 days agoAh, yes, ragebait on lemmy. How fabulous.
Security Lockers are now dynamically spawned across all maps instead of being statically placed.
Not sure how I’m supposed to feel about this.

1·18 days agoEvidence?
Closed way too quickly. Didn’t have a chance to participate.
You can gain up to 5 skill points with 5 million inventory value.
Your next Raider can earn up to five skill points based on the total value of your Stash and Coins at the time of departure. One million Coins worth of value equals one extra skill point for your new Raider.
The person in the picture was talking about the solo experience. Yes, in squads there’s more PvP, but even there you can make alliances pretty easily (all things considered).
Thar’s not my experience at all. I’d say other than on Stella Montis people are friendly 8 out of 10 times and spawn camping is almost never a thing. Exit camping on the other hand is frequent, at least on certain exits, but that’s what hatch keys are for.

No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•What's the name of the early-mid 2000's song that sounds like Beyonce, starts with a "dun...dun... dun DUN!" guitar part, and the singer makes this "dabudabudabu" sound in a soft way?
1·2 months agoNo idea if this helps but I had to think of Evanescence
Might be even better to wait for 10.11.2.
Thank you!

4·2 months agoI gave the demo a quick try and I really like it. Simple and to the point, no unnecessary fluff. I might set this up at home.
Thank you for your work!Edit: One thing, the demo exports notes as PDF with white text on white background. I assume this is a mismatch with the selected theme.

To get experience with Linux you can install VirtualBox on Windows and set up some Linux virtual machines. It’s easier than most people think.
