  • Hey man just because you got a threesome doesn’t mean its common.

Spontaneous group happens in real life -> I agree.

    All the time -> I don’t agree

There are people who seek it out

But that doesn’t mean they get it “all the time”

Unfortunately the difference between those two types of people defines the lens through which you define a “naive” person.

And your lens is too much caliberated to view every encounter as an opportunity even if you don’t know whether the OP is actually into it or not, thus projecting your expectations into the scenario.

  • I didn’t say sex doesn’t happen in real life. I said you watch too much porn.

The mind of a man who thinks that a random girl tagging along with a potential first date will agree to have a threesome let alone the first date themselves will agree to normal sex is… a young naive mind who believes that everyone is having spontaneous group sex.

Your mind immediately went to that? Why?

  • Because that other stuff used to work before the company fired all of QA and local devs. Then the bugs after that were used to justify LLMs to replace the “shitty coders” that outsourcing to a sweatshop usually entails. At least with the sweatshops there was some argument to be made that the people working there either had no other choice, or a slim chance they actually cared about their output and made it so at least it would do the bare minimum.

Now that corporate wants to justify their hype and investment in AI to attract the moneyed entities, they will go to any lengths to show it actually works. Even if the Emperor has no clothes on!

  • It’s like today’s generation of stars took for granted, the paths that have been paved for them by bigger and better people, while pretending they made that path. It’s entitlement.

Bitch take of the year here.

the arrogance and hubris on display here is astounding. You should be proud that you left the world a better place so your future generations don’t have to face struggles you did.

You’re also arrogant to think youngsters don’t have any challenges. You’re an invisible challenge for them too as a person who dismisses their struggles.

How entitled and bitchy you sound when crying about a world that is changing rapidly and you feel left behind. There’s no need to hold on to the illusion that you will be around forever. Don’t kill young peoples’ vibes man. Be the star in today’s generation.

I don’t agree with your comments bashing people for arguing that landfills don’t necessarily work better than any other piece of land. There is a genuine case to be made that what you describe is idealistic and reality might be more bleak. these perfect landfills might as well be as sophisticated as the perfect “clean coal” plant or even a “carbon credit” plant that billionaires use to launder their wealth.

With the kind of corruption I have seen in government across the world I think you’re naive thinking advanced tech works really well in a system known for corruption and inneficiency.

Actually you are desensitized to manic behaviour. they’re the one behaving like a maniac. You got triggered by a single comment so much you had to go and lookup a persons’ history. Are you intentionally looking for a fight just because there are crazy vegans out there? This person was reasonable and did suggest something that is true. We can give up eating meat. You can disagree… but sheesh? stalking their profile?

edit: noticed you are not the original commenter. I meant the person who replied to parent comment, not you.

  • then you’re oddly commenting on a thread about striking… which is secondary to the important step of building organizations and support structures. Its hard to near impossible for people to strike who depend on that pay check to clear debt, pay rent, etc. Participating in regular organizing events is the right advice, and you got off on the wrong foot asking first for people to strike and only when asked questions you revealed people need to organize. without the proper support structures and alternative means of income in place, it is near impossible to convince people to strike. They need the strike because they don’t have financial security to stop obeying their boss. You’re ignoring the initial situation. That’s creating a perception of you being about only what you think needs to happen without considering others.

Edit: I did not mean YOU specifically asked people to strike first but you get the point. I am reacting to “we need to strike” as a sentence on its own.
