The best part is that there are a lot of 3rd party extensions to dial in your specific game mechanics. I’ve been playing Dragonbane and it has some funky mechanics that someone else made work well in OBR.

The magazine tube should still be fine as long as it’s a pump action shotgun because firing another round requires manually cycling the action.

MostRegularPeople@lemmy.worldto Android@lemdro.id•No one asked for this: Google is testing round keys in GboardEnglish4·3 months agoI’ve been using FUTO which is free and open source, has pretty good gesture typing, very good voice to text, and does not connect to the internet. I’m happy with it, but I’m also an idiot and most things make me happy.
Edit: I am wrong about freedom and open source. Don’t listen to me. I still like the keyboard though.
MostRegularPeople@lemmy.worldto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do any non-corpos actually like AI slop?5·7 months agoSame. When I’ve got a session coming upjwithjless than ideal prep time, I’ve used chat get to help figure out some story beats. Or reframe a movie plot into DnD terms. But more often than not I use the Story Engine Deck to help with writers block. I’d rather support a small company with a useful product than help Sam Altman boil the oceans.
I use this a lot. Usually rain spunds, but when I’m feeling spry I also like video game sound tracks and atmospheric black metal.
Where do you find “cosmic noise”?
