Fair. It’s not always about the money.
Is he aware they are worth pretty decent money? I live in Michigan and I’ve heard of people paying $30/lb wet

This is the dumbest fucking take you liberals always trot out any time someone is homophobic.
Hate is real and it’s all around us.
What’s the point of this non sequitur
I’m ambivalent about that show, but he was really good in that episode. Dude has chops for sure!
My wife got one when we met. Watching her be in so much pain was horrible. She got it out as soon as possible. It took a few more years after that but I got a vasectomy and I couldn’t possibly recommend it more highly.
Welcome! Also if you like IT Crowd, there’s The Inbetweeners and Derry Girls. The Inbetweeners is cheeky lads trying to figure out being out of high school and Derry Girls is a bit darker, but still funny. It takes place during The Troubles and when Ireland voted on the referendum in the 90’s. It’s a bit more political at times
Then what good are they if they can’t ever do anything?
Ever hear of Party Down? That show is in a similar category as the other two you mentioned
Maybe they did. I just remember it feeling unresolved. I’m bad at remembering details of a show anyway
In Buffy the Vampire Slayer there is a plotline that to my knowledge never gets fleshed out. Giles gets a visit from an old frenemy named Ethan Rayne. They have nicknames for each other that are supposed to be a secret. Giles is Ripper and I don’t remember what Ethan’s was. They have some shared tattoo of a symbol and there’s some sort of spell craft involved?
Anyway, Ethan comes back a few times but they never really explain the whole thing.
if he was really Born To Run, how come I’m president?
I play Palia. I’m not on a ton, but you can add me. Leif Windigo
They have to show rich people because it’s what most people aspire to be.
If they show working class people, then they end up telling on themselves. Homer Simpson was able to pay for a house, three kids and two cars all while being the sole income. All the working class sitcoms of the 90’s seem unrealistic because the characters all work dead end jobs but can still afford those nice TV houses.
It looks unrealistic anymore because we’re out here having to grind so hard just to keep a roof over our heads. Nevermind paying for kids! People won’t watch something that doesn’t reflect their life in some way. At least with the rich people on tv, you can project yourself into that life and not be reminded that you are more broke than the characters of Roseanne and you’re working harder.
Obviously this isn’t a defense, it’s just one read on why they don’t show “normal” people.
Is this it? Are they so out of ideas that they have to do commercials for another product but to make it more palatable, they Sharknado it up?
Have you tried What we do in the shadows? I feel like you would like it if those other shows are your favorites
