The unnaounced call has been verboten in business since instant messaging became standard at work - about 2006.
The only exceptions are when someone doesn’t have good connectivity or you’re already workingon something together and you both know these calls may happen because of circumstance.

If you look around, every new subdivision I see being built is underground, in the multiple states where my family and friends live.
In some areas though, the ground is incredibly rocky, or general conditions promote aboveground for new indrastructure, but that’s rare.
For the cat peeing on things, you’ll need an enzymatic cleaner - nothing else will do.
Also keep in mind basic chemistry - whatever chemical process is required to oxidize something will pretty much be the same process regardless of what chemical you use, if it can oxidize a specific thing.
