It’s super handy on my X1c 6thgen when my trackpad randomly freezes about once a month and I need to shut everything down and reboot. Bah.

Yea, but nah. Went through all that no luck.

Resetting the gear toggle fixed it, though.

My Brother was giving a toner end of life message and refusing to print.

I took the toner end cap off via two screws and reset the gear toggle, and now it prints again.

Cool story.
