It feels like even normal Americans don’t quite get it. It’s war. Picture Iraq, but you share a huge border. This continent will become a bloodbath. We’ll make sure of that. We can only hope a nuclear deterrent can be deployed before that happens. To be clear, we see your country. We are ready to die, and kill, to not be part of it.

The joy of no longer being in Windows for gaming.

I use Nobara, I’ve daily driven on my gaming setup for 8 months. Strong recommendation. It’s maintained by GE of GE-Proton. I have an RTX 4080 and it has been completely smooth with drivers, my mic, camera, XBox controller, all working out of the box.

A second m.2 for trying out the switch to Linux. It went well, primary boot now.
Edit: I went with Nobara.
I love Yorkshire gold, easy to find over here in Canada.

I have to say it’s exactly the opposite. There’s no realistic conventional deterrent we could deploy that would be more than a bump in the road. On the other hand, a couple KSS-3 subs off each coast with several nuclear tipped ballistic missiles puts tens of millions of lives and trillions of dollars of infrastructure on the table. It’s about making invasion unthinkable, not desperately fighting an asymmetrical conventional battle we’re doomed to lose.

I mean, yea, he’s already threatening to annex my country so I would like to see more spending. Specifically on a sovereign nuclear deterrent.
I thought it meant you were classified as a battleship…

The median age of this group was more than 77. The vast majority – around 96% - had a death deemed “reasonably foreseeable”, due to severe medical conditions such as cancer.
In the small minority of other cases, patients may not have been terminally ill, but sought an assisted death due to a long and complicated illness that had significantly impacted their quality of life.
Ah yes, “abused” through being used exactly as designed.

It’s worth getting familiar with how tarrifs impact the economy in general. This is a good overview in my opinion.

Noting the downvotes on this I understand their view, don’t be down on a positive gesture. The issue is it’s an incredibly close analogy. He is apologizing for showing up, finding a population living in a region, and deciding that they needed to go. Through violence, lies, and genocide that population was driven from their homes and those lands were colonized. It’s exactly the same as Palestine. Precisely the same. While I applaud this statement, the support of exactly this crime, the willingness to plunge America into a wider war just to support Israel and it’s right to colonize Palestine shows the statement has no moral weight. It’s just words before an election.
Given that the attack seemed to be executed through chemically modified batteries, and given the scale of the sabotage it is one of the most sophisticated terrorist actions we’ve seen. That said, it is unlikely that this could extend beyond the type of state sponsored terrorism shown here. It doesn’t seem feasible that a smaller organization would be able to compromise a supply chain on this level. That said, Israel isn’t the only terrorist state that could look to sow chaos with these tactics glares at Russia

Wait, I though genocide was hip again. Confusing.

The German Airforce is probably wondering why you’re worked up as the iron cross is the roundel marking on their aircraft. The symbol is associated with Prussian militarism and far predates any Nazi associations in the German Military.
Quit dicking around eh
