To me it felt completely sterile, lifeless and just set dressing. Although the stories where cool the immersion didn’t work at all, turning it into a bore and ultimately disappointing. I played the patched version that supposedly had all this fixed.

I’m now 10 hours in and i’m not so sure if the gameplay loop really differs that much from the first one. The world is whacky, exploration works well, as does the movement, and character progress also feels good. What it might miss for me is the element of surprise. I know exactly what to expect, it’s not such a big revelation as the first one and that’s obviously something a second part can’t repeat. What i don’t like so much are the new videos and the third person perspective feels a bit off. Overall i like it though, it’s more of the same without huge surprise and that’s fine with me.

Just looked up the prices at the Austrian/German Site - https://store.nintendo.de/de. They are asking 510,-€ with one game. Currently the PS5 with Astrobot is 499,-. Wtf!

Very surprising given they never featured any communication systems! I always figured they want to be 100% family safe and any chat/communication feature could be missused against that. A welcome feature though, now i’d only need friends.

Never played Wind Waker so that would be nice. Given the insane new prices i wonder if they adjust their online prices as well … because then i would lose interest quickly …

At least some 3D thing on release. Not THAT interested though, unless there is some really cool game mechanic in it i didn’t notice in the trailer.

80 digital, 90 physical? I don’t see me doing that although i could. Didn’t buy any PS5 games in that range either.
