In all seriousness though, if there’s something that by some consensus can considered unhealthy for kids, such as big social media - it’s more than likely to be unhealthy for adults too. However simply banning anything often just manufactures people’s craving for the “forbidden fruit”, so instead of that they could rather fund more educational initiatives to teach people about responsibly and safely surfing the net.

My favourite aspect of this is Taco Don attempting to extend his questionable “deal expertise” to international affairs and failing miserably almost every time.

So basically whenever he tries to do something in a field, that requires at least a bit of getting acquittanced with background information, understanding of underlying processes, and where results can be exactly measured (unlike in real estate business) - he scores an F, almost every time.

Anybody gonna tell him that the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza is big part thanks to his admin sending enormous aid packages to Israel? And what pains me the most is redirection of tens of thousands of AA rockets meant for Ukraine.

Makes me think how China could’ve eventually reunited with Taiwan if they just played a long game and didn’t destroy Hong Kong’s autonomy. But instead authoritarian habits kicked in.

Okay, this is low-key hilarious, albeit morbid, considering the essence of the topic. Guy who was brought to power thanks to “Pizzagate” now may risk same treatment, yet in his case - it’d be 100% deserved.

These idiots decided to pass a law that places our main anti-corruption agency’s control in the hands of general prosecutor, essentially destroying it’s independency. All in one day, probably thinking nobody’s gonna notice.

Well, I believe many are just trolls. There was that one Reddit community, that caught my eye, that was mimicking Bernie Sanders support community, that was actually just non-stop regurgitating Russian propaganda, but sometimes covering it up with some left populist slogans.

Was funny seeing them react to Bernie condemning Taco Don for trying to conspire with Pooty.

Well, we do really hate our government, especially today, these damn morons.

But if anyone approached me and started talking that usual contrarian bullshit about this being not people’s war (when one side clearly intends to once again destroy our independence and enact final solution for our culture) but some “war for interests of oligarchs” or whatever - my eyes will be scanning for any loose bricks in vicinity.

With USSR I at least can somewhat get the sentiment, after all there are/were many folks nostalgic for these times in ex-soviet countries.

But tankies lick boots of modern Russia - that is literally 19th century style colonial empire with extraction-based economy and clepto-autocratic leadership. And China - literally the oldest still existing empire - Rome was just a city, while China already had an emperor and recorded history of “civilizing the barbarians”.

I find it more amusing to just observe their cognitive dissonances at certain events.

My favourite was when Bernie Sanders condemned Taco Don for trying to side with Russia and then “socialists” suddenly don’t like him anymore and conjure some peculiar arguments as to why he’s wrong, while trying their hardest not go spamming Z’s 4-chan style.
