Yeah, I’m trying to find out who the original is as I’d just prefer to order from them directly. But most likely they don’t do B2C. I saw a suggestion for Ali Express may get closer to the source. I just hate going to a third party

The Rio Grande Valley on the Texas-Mexico border is a perfect example. They ran the line right through the people that had been there for hundreds of years. And then you try to tell people “go back to where you came from”, but they’ve always been there. It’s the line that moved.
That’s like saying “why are measles news? It happens more often than you think”
The point is: it shouldn’t be happening. We’re starting to see outward signs of a decaying system. If their personnel were correctly trained, with following proper procedures (for example, securing all equipment and vehicles to the deck) this wouldn’t happen.
It’s news because “it’s happening” period.
I read the names backwards and I was sad. Then I read it forwards and was happy.

Airplane designs are constantly being updated just because the shape doesn’t have to be. Case in point, though developed in 1963, the latest generation of 747 (the 747-8i) started being delivered in 2012, with the last one in 2023, which is still relatively recent in airplane years.
For another example the B-52 was first introduced in 1955, but is on its 10th generation (B-52J) with updates to avionics as of 2020. So it doesn’t take much to find a good design and then just keep iterating and updating it.
