Depends if I have my shower directly before going to bed. If so, it’s 20, otherwise 4.

I think this anti-porn movement is just really Elon and billionaire funded Christian organizations covert woke attempt to keep the people breeding.
The other part of this is control. The more unreasonable control by Big Gov that people have already accepted, the more additional control they will be willing to submit to.
It’s a litmus test, a part of a wedge designed to normalize authoritarianism and societal control so that “deviants” can be more easily identified for violent elimination/unaliving, and the population as a whole can be made to go in only those directions that those in power deem “acceptable”. The ultimate objective is to create a population where most if not all uncritically accept deeply invasive directives from above without question or objection.
Republicans have quite literally started using Orwell’s “1984” as an instruction manual instead of the cautionary tale it actually is.
And for the party of “muh rights”, it sure is wildly hypocritical for Republicans to want to control every consenting and private aspect of people’s sexual lives.
Aren’t we entitled? No. Go away.
You challenged the premise. Either put up or shut up, bigot.
But you have nothing, don’t you. You just want to be mad, and refuse to accept that true equality means giving both genders the same rights. Otherwise why call it “equality”?
You don’t want equality. You want revenge. To nail men to the wall and make them suffer, even if they had zero fault in what happened or were actively lied to. That’s why you hate true equality. That’s why you cannot stomach both genders having full abortion rights, even if the man’s are only legal rights and do not include surgical rights.
Oh, wow.… That’s some alpha bro shit right there. You deserve whatever hate comes your way for that.
Ah, another gender bigot, I see.
So tell me, why should one gender be absolutely denied what the other gender is fully allowed to do? Especially when - aside from the current lack of artificial wombs - BOTH genders could have the exact same rights?
Explain it to me in a way that doesn’t have you come across as a supremely bigoted female supremacist.
I knew of an African-American named Le-a.
Not spoken as “ley-ah”, but as “ledasha”.
Because you are supposed to say the dash.

I’m very sorry to hear about your aneurysm and how it’s impacted your ability *to say anything that’s even vaguely related to the group you’re posting to*. I’m also very sorry to hear about your getting hit in the head by a shovel as an infant, thus causing you to say really stupid things as well.
Thoughts and prayers and healing vibes your way.
Imagine being someone so bereft of any viable counter-argument, that the only possible response is an ad hominem.
And receiving ad hominems is a great way to identify intellectual bankruptcies in others. When the puerile and solipsistic insults come out, you know you’ve gotten under their skin in ways they have no rational or logical adult-level responses for.
Masks are off, “radical feminism” was always a front.
You want to see rampant anti-male gender bigotry in play? Bring up - and be in favour of - “paper abortions”, and watch the hate flow.
Don’t get me wrong, I am absolutely in favour of giving women abortion rights. But giving rights to only one gender and blatantly denying those exact same rights to the other is the dictionary definition of gender bigotry.
And while I may not want porn and smut to be trivially accessible to non-adults - and have absolutely no use for it, myself - I also wholeheartedly support the right of any legal adult to consume that content.
And this is why capitalism utterly sucks at providing public services.

We desperately need “copycats”. There are many industries that are moribund and are in desperate need for a shake-up, but the incumbents have worked hard over the last half a century to deny almost all new entrants in an attempt to protect the status quo. They have even worked things such that any competitive threat to these incumbents are seen as a national threat to be legislatively and legally opposed.
The American ISP landscape (Internet & communication providers) being an absolutely stellar exhibit № 1. In many places it’s illegal to create your own private or municipal ISP.
In a company you always have people that don’t generate value itself, but are needed so you can freely work, like the IT.
Treating IT like a cost centre instead of a revenue centre is why companies cut them to the bone and then go all SurprisedPikachu.gif when something important breaks or when hackers tear the company apart and hold them for ransom.
IT can absolutely be a revenue centre, providing value along with the rest of the company. But most leadership simply cannot think like this. They don’t have the capability. In fact, the tired joke in IT goes something like this:
Everything is working. “What do we pay you guys for?”
Everything is on fire. “What do we pay you guys for?”No, you’re thinking of the C-Suite at the top: the Parasite Class that Hoovers up the vast majority of the value created by the employees, while providing of themselves almost nothing of value to the company. Most of them can be trivially replaced by any average Joe off of the street which no material impact on the company itself. A large minority of them are so abysmally bad at their jobs that they leave behind a trail of broken or defunct companies while getting obscene “golden parachutes” with every departure that are larger than any worker’s entire lifetime earnings potential.
I am still stuck in “2014”, which is where I was back in 1995.
But then again, I never became obscenely wealthy by grossly parasitizing off of the labour of other people, so I never had the chance to devolve and become corrupted by capitalism.

Don’t want them? Turn the phone entirely off, and at least it won’t fire off at that time. It’ll still crop up as soon as the phone turns back on, because it’s a push notification that the system holds in a queue until the phone is back online to pick it up, just like SMS or voice mail.
He’s gone even further off the rez: “Tariff supporters are socialists”.
Like, no. It’s the exact opposite.

NGL that would absolutely make my day, as people’s faces are crammed bodily into the sheer enormity of the problem.

And I don’t mean in a binary manner - let’s just start with those who never bother returning the cart. To a startlingly large majority, they tend to demonstrate traits that are wholly incompatible with a polite and empathetic society.

Of the AI that are forced to serve up a response (almost all publicly available AI), they resort to hallucinating gratuitously in order to conform to their mandate. As in, they do everything they can in order to provide some sort of a response/answer, even if it’s wildly wrong.
Other AI that do not have this constraint (medical imaging diagnosis, for example) do not hallucinate in the least, and provide near-100% accurate responses. Because for them, the are not being forced to provide a response, regardless of the viability of the answer.
I don’t avoid AI because it is bad.
I avoid AI because it is so shackled that it has no choice but to hallucinate gratuitously, and make far more work for me than if I just did everything myself the long and hard way.
