8·5 months agoImmediate flaws, I can see:
Cameras (or human observer) undo any sense of anonymity. A bad actor could link participant with account.
What’s preventing a MitM attack, where the BBEL (Big Bad Evil Librarian) substitutes the participant addresses with bot addresses?
skribe@aussie.zonetoFriendica.World status, support and issues@lemmy.world•site is totally down actually
1·5 months agoI can still read a handful of articles in the local feed on Raccoon, so someone must have access. However, the web interface has been totally inaccessible for at least the last week (and sporadically available for months before that).
Yeah, but why WordPress? The site is blocked in Singapore btw, so I can’t RTFA.

7·6 months agoIt will not only answer who is 007, and what is 007, but also how is 007, and why is 007.
I also expect it will be at least an hour too long.
Except at 2am. And 3am. And 4, 5, and 6am. On the hour, every hour. We have an alarm cat* and it’s cat o’clock.
Of course, she sleeps during the day.

8·7 months agoI’m currently reading Zero 22 by Chris Ryan. It’s about an SAS operative, and is a sequel to Black Ops. I loved Black Ops but thought the ending was naff. It appears he had Zero 22 in mind when he wrote that ending. Still naff, but I’m enjoying Z 22 so far.
