Comments, posts and votes have recently not been federating outwards very well. Sometimes it goes through, but it often sits in limbo forever.
Currently having issues commenting on feddit.dk posts as well as not seeing votes update on existing comments.
Previously had issues posting on lemmy.world communities.

I have seen a federation problem with the Mbin instance https://tardigram.com/. From there I can see posts created by scribe.disroot.org users (e.g. https://tardigram.com/m/spain@lemmygrad.ml/t/2153/La-revista-Marx-XXI-lanza-nueva-web-y-redes-para), but from scribe.disroot.org I can’t see posts, communities or tardigram.com users.
That seems unrelated to this problem, as this was resolved. It might be more productive to make a new post and ping muppeth.
