My buddy is an entomologist and one time I tagged along while he went to collect beatles in the highlands. When we got back to the lab one of the specimens I had collected turned out to be a species that was thought to be extinct in the region and hadn’t been spotted in a very long time. He was wildly jealous

1·1 年前Yeah and it should be laid out in a way to give your muscle groups lots of time for recovery so you’re not feeling burnt out mid cycle

If you wanted to make your life easy I would suggest downloading Boostcamp and onboarding yourself with the Dumbbell PPL program. It’s three days per week and includes instructions and progressions. If you don’t like bent over rows swap them out for rows on your rings
