I actually prefer horse to pork, definitely. Almost prefer it over beef as well, but for some things horse is a tad lean.

But meatballs and bologneses and whatnot, it’s fucking great.

Also I seriously doubt this is actually from an Ikea restaurant, I’ve eaten at them plenty and this just looks too good vis a vis the plate being full, actually sauce and lingonberry jam there.

Nah. Seems like someones’s just made similar ones at home. Now I’m hungry. Gah.
